The government wants to turn Texas cowboys into mathematicians!

According the atheist website, CNN.com, the president has the nerve to show his face in the great state of Texas and attempt to convince them to go to college.  Apparently, he thinks that being a cowboy or rancher isn’t good enough for America (try telling that to Ronald Reagan!).  He wants them all to become spaceship pilots or computer mainframe technicians after being brainwashed in liberal universities.  Obama says that he wants to have the highest percentage of college graduates in the world by 2020.  That’s a scary thought; a bunch of people that don’t even know how to pump gas into their cars or unclog a drain but are instead wizards at calculators and astrolabes.  The world would be a mess.  The U.S. ranks 12th among developed nations when it comes to college completion rates.  I say that’s pretty good.  It’s in the top half.  Plus, we are first at freedom, so that is all that really matters!

Cowboy

Try telling this true American he has to go to college!

We all know that colleges are just liberal mind control factories that teach kids anti-Christian ideals like evolution, sociology and accounting.  But down in Texas, I have a feeling that things are a little different.  Not that I’d ever let my children set foot on to a college campus for fear they’d come back with dreadlocks and a “life partner” from Canada. But I trust that Texas at least has the decency to keep their colleges up to Christian standards, since they’ve done so with most of the public school textbooks.  If they really want more college graduates and feel that is important, then they should just give everyone higher grades.  It’s a pretty simple process.  Make college shorter, like six to eight months, and give everyone better marks.  Then you’d be cranking out graduates like crazy.  Apparently, the folks at the White House are either too dumb to figure this out, or they have a more sinister plan.

I think what is really happening is that Obama and his worshipers want to keep college confusing and hard.  They won’t get rid of subjects like Algebra and Economics and replace them with Fishing and Ciphering, but they still want more and more people to go to liberal college. If they would replace a lot of the unnecessary subjects, things would be much better.  But what they really want is to break the spirit of good Christians.  If you force kids to study for more than 30 minutes a day, they will get confused.  Combine that with bombarding them with nonsense like ‘Pi is not food; it is 3’ and ‘Dinosaurs were around before the Earth was built 6000 years ago’ their minds become blank and ready to fill with Socialist and Communist doctrine.  Basically, they become mindless liberal robots like people from China or Australia.  By encouraging more people to go to college and keeping the classes difficult, Obama and his soldiers are just growing their army of homosexuals and mathematicians.

liberal college

College is just liberal robot factory!

I think what would really help, is eradicating the entire university system.  Home schooling has done fine for my children.  My son Hunter is a good example.  He has become quite good at building step stools and is an excellent baseball player.  I can’t say public schools would have done that for him.  He’d probably just be reading a bunch of books and learning to play the trumpet.  So home schooling has allowed him to excel and avoid useless skills.  I would like to home school a college degree on him.  I think that would be useful in the future.  I have enough pamphlets on health and history that I think he could have the equivalent of a Masters Degree in Human Resources or Political Sciencein a matter of weeks. But he really enjoys measuring things and reading dials and meters, so he might be better off with a degree in Meterology.

I would suggest writing your local universities and asking them to give more people ‘A’ grades.  If they don’t respond, it doesn’t matter.  Good American Christians can always home school degrees on to their children.   With the internet and fast printers it would be pretty easy to give a college degree to your children as necessary.

Do you really think that college educated Texans do not know how to pump their own gas? Anyone who shares these views is mislead. Reagan was an actor not a cowboy. Nor was he a Texan. but maybe if ya’ll had a college education you would know common facts like these.

Sometimes you can really overdo sarcasm and absurd stereotypes and suck the funny out of what you’re writing.

The President gave his speech yesterday at one of the most advanced public universities in one of the most high-tech and forward-thinking regions (Central Texas) in the United States. Maybe visit the state someday and you’ll see that it’s not 1930′s Appalachia here unlike what so many dense East Coasters believe.
